1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Jobspaghetti’s applications, accounts, APIs, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
3. What Jobspaghetti provides
Jobspaghetti provides tools for discovering and organizing opportunities, managing application materials and activity, preparing for interviews, reviewing analytics, and finding possible professional-network connections. Jobspaghetti does not employ users, represent employers, guarantee listings, submit applications unless a feature expressly says so, or guarantee interviews, offers, compensation, referrals, or employment outcomes.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of resumes, contact exports, notes, preferences, and other content you provide. You give Jobspaghetti the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.
You must have the right to provide the content you upload. Do not upload confidential employer information, unlawful content, or personal data you are not permitted to process.
5. AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is a draft—not professional, legal, financial, immigration, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion and for the truth and accuracy of anything you submit to an employer or another person.
Jobspaghetti is designed to ground suggestions in information you provide, but you must still verify every claim, date, credential, skill, and result.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law; misrepresent identity, qualifications, or experience; scrape or disrupt systems; probe security; distribute malware; infringe rights; harass contacts; send unsolicited bulk outreach; bypass usage controls; or access another person’s account or data.
You may not resell or reproduce substantial parts of the service without written permission.
7. Third-party services and listings
Job listings, integrations, links, AI providers, and professional-network data may come from third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Jobspaghetti does not control or endorse third-party employers, listings, interviews, offers, websites, or services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
8. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to keep the service safe and reliable. We aim for dependable access but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful conduct, or harm to users or the service. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability—continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or employment outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobspaghetti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost income, lost data, or reputational harm arising from the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent through the support channel identified within the service. Legal notices must clearly identify the account and issue involved.
